A. Your credit card will be authorized the day you place your order. If a product you have selected is on back-order for some reason, we will contact you and let you know.

A. Once a order is submitted, it is electronically transferred and cannot be transferred.

Shipping and Delivery

Q. What are my shipping costs?
A. Some items are free of shipping costs, but only in the Continental U.S. (Hawaii and Alaska are excluded from free shipping offers.) That is noted by the item on the webpage. Other items of certain size and weight are charged accordingly.

Q. What is the C.O.D. option
A. We do not accept C.O.D orders here at Truck Accessories Inc.

Q. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
A. Standard shipping is 7-10 working days. We ship most major expediters and our manufacturers drop-ship with most major companies.

Returns and Exchanges

Q. How do I return something defective?
A. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please return within 30 days of the date it was purchased for a full refund or exchange. Make sure to keep all receipts and documents and send them back as well for proof of purchase.

Product Information

Q. What type of Warranty do your products carry?
A. Truck Accessories Inc warranty any item purchased to be free of defects in material workmanship for 60 days from purchase. Truck Accessories Inc will replace the defective part and refund the purchase price. In addition many of our products carry a manufacturer's extended warranty. The warranty period will be along with product information.

EXCLUSIONS

Warranties do not apply to items installed on vehicles used commonly for racing, off-road usage; damage or failure caused by another faulty party, improper installation, accident, misuse, low fluid levels, items that have been modified, or used in a manner or application for which it was not designed to do so.
